Over the years I’ve tried everything from meal prepping and meal replacement powders to shoveling peanut butter before bed- all with the goal of getting my daily calories and protein. Especially after surfing or playing basketball, I found myself craving something refreshing but also filling and nutritious.
Finally, I started making these all-natural smoothies to get my calories and macros in a convenient, delicious way. And that’s when I realized I was on to something! With the help of my chef friend, Jon, we created 3 flavors using only ingredients we trust. Nothin’ Sketchy was the perfect name for our clean-ingredient smoothie kits and the rest is history!
